We have only been making pork pies for six year's and entering them in competitions for about four years
In this year we have won lots of awards with our pork pies. The Black Pudding Smoked Bacon pork pie getting our first gold award at Newark & Nottingham Prime Stock Show. Then a silver in BPEX competition and now another gold in the Lincolnshire Poacher Competition alongside our Chicken Chorizo
Smoked Bacon Pie which we developed just for this competition.
Simple, with fresh quality ingredients making everything from scratch from our very own hot water pastry. To the best cuts of leg and belly of English pork minced and seasoned with salt and pepper.
Then made by hand and baked to perfection.
Having a party or special occasion we can make a pork pie fit for a king. As we make them from scratch
you can choose how many tiers and any fillings in each pie. The one at the bottom is our black pudding and smoked bacon pork pie. (Our multi award winning pie for 2014). The middle pie is our chicken and ham pie. The top tier is a multi layered one with pork, turkey, chicken, smoked bacon, sage, onion stuffing and cranberry. The spacers are our lovely small stilton topped pork pies.( multi award winning pie).
We can also put a message on the top tier specially for you.
